We continue to operate at a 93% efficiency.  That means out of every dollar donated to One Day Closer we are able to donate 93 cents to providing free health care to those in need.  We keeep our overhead low and cover most of the costs ourselves.  We strive to pass along all the donated money and supplies directly to those in need of health care.
